The mortar has high water-retaining property and good construction workability, can effectively meet the thin-layer construction requirement of the mortar, has high tensile strength with an ALC plate and good wall structure stability, improves the mechanical construction performance of the mortar, and solves the problems of difficulty in sizing, cracking and hollowing in the construction of the ALC plate; and slurry on a masonry surface is uniformly coated, the masonry quality is ensured, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
