The invention discloses ceramic slurry and a preparation method thereof and a ceramic material. The ceramic slurry is prepared from, in parts by mass, 93.5 parts of aluminum oxide, 1.1-1.8 parts of silicon oxide, 3.0-3.2 parts of calcium carbonate, 1.2-1.7 parts of kaolin, 1-2 parts of coloring agent and 11-12.5 parts of white wax.The preparation method comprises the steps: (1) adding all the components into a ball mill for ball milling to obtain mixed powder; and (2) adding white wax into the mixed powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain the ceramic slurry. The ceramic material is prepared from the ceramic slurry. The ceramic slurry disclosed by the invention can be matched with a hot-pressing injection molding process to conveniently obtain ceramic with a complicated structure, so that the production cost is remarkably reduced; and the prepared ceramic material is high in insulating capacity, high in strength, high in high-temperature resistance, high in aging resistance and relatively high in arc extinguishing capacity, and the service life of workpieces such as relays and the like can be greatly prolonged.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷浆料及其制备方法和一种陶瓷材料,陶瓷浆料包括以下质量份的组分:93.5份氧化铝、1.1~1.8份氧化硅、3.0~3.2份碳酸钙、1.2~1.7份高岭土、1~2份着色剂和11~12.5份白蜡,制备方法为:(1)将各组分加入球磨机中球磨,得到混合粉料;(2)在混合粉料中加入白蜡,混合均匀,即得陶瓷浆料。陶瓷材料由上述陶瓷浆料制备得到。本发明的陶瓷浆料可配合热压注成型工艺便利地得到结构复杂的陶瓷、显著降低生产成本,且制得的陶瓷材料绝缘能力强、强度高,耐高温、耐老化能力强,具有较强的灭弧能力,可大程度提高继电器等工件的使用寿命。
