Preparation method and application of silicon-boron-nitrogen fiber reinforced boron nitride ceramic-based composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a silicon-boron-nitrogen fiber reinforced boron nitride ceramic-based composite material, the silicon-boron-nitrogen fiber reinforced boron nitride ceramic-based composite material comprises a SiBN fiber preform and a BN ceramic matrix, and the BN ceramic matrix is uniformly filled in gaps of the SiBN fiber preform. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out glue removal heat treatment on a SiBN fiber preform; (2) preparing a SiBNf/BN composite material intermediate; and (3) carrying out carbon removal treatment under the protection of inert gas. The silicon-boron-nitrogen fiber reinforced boron nitride ceramic-based composite material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is excellent in mechanical property, good in dielectric property and good in temperature resistance and ablation resistance; the method is simple and easy to implement, low in equipment requirement and high in controllable degree; and the raw material source is wide, the production cost is low, and the application and popularization value is good.
