The invention discloses a pre-tensioning pre-stressed steel plate-concrete reinforcing method for a box girder. A pre-tensioning pre-stressed steel plate-concrete reinforcing structure for the box girder comprises the box girder, a pre-stressed anchoring device, a pre-stressed positioning device, a pre-stressed steel strand and steel plate-concrete. The pre-stressed steel strand is constructed by adopting a pre-tensioning method. In the box girder reinforcing construction process, the pre-stressed steel strand is anchored to the pre-stressed anchoring device. After box girder reinforcing construction is completed, the pre-stressed steel strand is anchored to the steel plate-concrete. The box girder is reinforced through the pre-tensioning pre-stressed steel plate-concrete, and the steel plate-concrete can effectively improve the section rigidity of an original structure, and greatly improve the bearing capacity of the structure.
