The invention relates to an energy-saving municipal road rainwater recycling system which comprises a recycling vehicle, the recycling vehicle is provided with a recycling device used for recycling accumulated water on a road surface, the recycling device comprises a recycling base arranged on the recycling vehicle through a fixing assembly, a recycling cavity is formed in the recycling base, a lifting plate is arranged at the top in the recycling cavity through a lifting assembly, an absorption block is arranged on the lifting plate through a limiting assembly, a through opening matching the absorption block penetrates through the bottom of the recycling base, an extrusion assembly for extruding the absorption block is arranged in the recycling cavity, and a collecting mechanism used for collecting water in the absorption block is further arranged between the recycling base and the recycling vehicle. According to the invention, accumulated water on the road surface can be effectively recycled, so that the situation that water resources are wasted due to loss of the accumulated water on the road surface can be reduced, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects can be achieved.
