The invention belongs to the field of road engineering, and particularly relates to a highway subgrade treatment device for a frozen soil area. Rotating wheels are arranged at the two ends of the outer side of a shell; a crushing wheel is rotationally connected to the lower left end in the shell; a first bevel gear is rotationally connected to the lower middle end in the shell; a rotating shaft is rotationally connected to the middle of the lower end in the shell; a fourth bevel gear is arranged at the upper end of the rotating shaft; a third bevel gear is rotationally connected to the end, close to the fourth bevel gear, of the shell; the third bevel gear is coaxially connected with a second bevel gear; the first bevel gear is meshed with the second bevel gear; the lower end of the rotating shaft is sleeved with a third belt, and the other end of the third belt is connected with a heat conduction mechanism; and an air heater is started, the air heater guides hot air into ventilation columns through heat conduction pipes, when a mixture of frozen soil and industrial salt falls onto spiral blades on the edges of the ventilation columns, ventilation holes in the surfaces of the ventilation columns continuously spray out the hot air, accumulated snow in the frozen soil is melted into water, the industrial salt is dissolved in the water, and unfreezing of the frozen soil is better promoted.
