Device and method for controllably locking steel strand
The invention relates to a device and a method for controllably locking a steel strand. The device comprises an anchorage device, a jacking and pressing component, a blocking component and a plurality of locking components, wherein one end of the anchorage device makes contact with a concrete component or a steel component, and the anchorage device is provided with a plurality of first reserved holes extending in the first direction; the jacking and pressing component is arranged corresponding to the end face, back on to the concrete component or the steel component, of the anchorage device and provided with a plurality of second reserved holes extending in the first direction; the blocking component is installed between the jacking and pressing component and the anchorage device and provided with a plurality of third reserved holes extending in the first direction, and the third reserved holes, the second reserved holes and the first reserved holes are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner; one end of each locking component abuts against the end face, close to the anchorage device, of the jacking and pressing component, and the other end of each locking component penetrates the corresponding third reserved hole to extend to the corresponding first reserved hole; each locking component is provided with a first clamping part extending around the periphery of the locking component, and the periphery, forming all the third reserved holes in a surrounding manner, of the blocking component is clamped to the first clamping parts; and the jacking and pressing component is pushed to enable the locking components to completely enter the reserved holes so that locking can be completed.
