Fabricated rectangular concrete-filled steel tube combined top beam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a construction method of a fabricated rectangular concrete-filled steel tube combined top beam. The construction method comprises the steps that (1) earthwork is excavated to the construction elevation of the top beam, and construction of a top beam cushion layer is conducted; (2) two limiting pieces are arranged on the two sides of a supporting wall and extend in parallel in the first axis direction, a dividing piece is mounted between the two limiting pieces, the two ends of the dividing piece are connected to the two limiting pieces correspondingly, and the space between the two limiting pieces is divided into a fixed cavity through the dividing piece; and (3) concrete is poured into the fixed cavity to form a concrete limiting block. The invention further discloses the fabricated rectangular concrete-filled steel tube combined top beam. In the construction method, the limiting pieces and the dividing piece can be recycled after construction of an underground structure is completed, compared with a traditional reinforced concrete top beam, the construction cost can be saved by 30-60%, the limiting pieces and the dividing piece can be recycled, thus building waste generated during top beam dismounting is greatly reduced, and environment-friendly construction is facilitated.
