The invention provides a spiral anchor-anti-sinking plate-jacket composite foundation and a construction method thereof. The spiral anchor-anti-sinking plate-jacket composite foundation comprises anti-sinking plates, flanges, spiral anchors and connecting blocks; the spiral anchors are formed by arranging spiral pieces on the middle lower sections of anchor rods; the flanges are connected with the upper ends of the anchor rods; connecting holes are formed in the lower sides of the anti-sinking plates and correspond to mounting holes in the flanges; a plurality of anti-sinking plates are arranged in an array mode; a plurality of flanges are arranged on the lower side face of each anti-sinking plate in an array mode; each flange is connected with the corresponding spiral anchor; the spiral pieces on the spiral anchors are divided into left-handed spiral pieces and right-handed spiral pieces; and jackets are connected with the connecting blocks in the anti-sinking plates. The problems that the bearing capacity of original traditional jackets can be achieved only through rock-socketed construction, the construction period is long, and the cost is high are solved, and the spiral anchor-anti-sinking plate-jacket composite foundation has the advantages of being convenient to assemble and transport, beneficial to recycling, good in anti-pulling and anti-pressing performance, high in strength, stable in structure, good in anti-overturning performance, high in construction efficiency and easy and convenient to operate.
