Assembling method of prefabricated subway station of open excavation pile support system
The invention discloses an assembling method of a prefabricated subway station of an open excavation pile support system. The assembling method comprises the following steps of (1) performing layered excavation to the designed pit bottom elevation, and arranging a plurality of inner supports; (2) assembling bottom plate blocks ring by ring, and tensioning and locking; (3) backfilling fertilizer grooves in both sides of the bottom plate blocks, backfilling an inverted arch, and removing the fourth support after the fertilizer grooves are backfilled to the design strength; (4) longitudinally and densely arranging the third support along a foundation pit, assembling a first circulation middle column and a middle longitudinal beam, and installing an assembling trolley; (5) assembling a side wall block of the first ring; (6) assembling a left top plate block and a right top plate block of the first ring through the assembling trolley; (7) assembling a middle plate block of the first ring through the assembling trolley, and constructing a support device on the back of the side wall of the middle plate block position; and (8) removing the second support and the third support which influence the assembly of components of the second ring, and assembling subsequent side wall blocks, left top plate blocks, right top plate blocks and middle plate blocks. Thus, the applicability problem of the full-prefabricated arch station structure under the pile support system can be solved, the application range of the open excavation full-prefabricated arch subway station is widened, the overall assembly rate of the project is increased, the comprehensive benefits of the project are increased, and the development progress of the subway prefabricated technique and green construction is accelerated and promoted.
本发明公开了一种明挖桩撑体系预制装配式地铁车站拼装方法,其包括如下步骤:步骤一:分层开挖至设计坑底标高,设置有多道内支撑;步骤二:拼装底板块,逐环拼装,张拉锁紧;步骤三:回填底板块两侧肥槽及仰拱回填,肥槽回填至设计强度后,拆除第四道支撑;步骤四:沿基坑纵向加密第三道支撑,拼装首循环中柱、中纵梁,安装拼装台车;步骤五:拼装首环侧墙块;步骤六:通过拼装台车拼装首环的左顶板块和右顶板块;步骤七:通过拼装台车拼装首环中板块,施作中板块位置侧墙背后的支顶装置;步骤八:拆除影响第二环构件拼装的第二道、第三道支撑,拼装后续的侧墙块、左顶板块、右顶板块和中板块;由此,本发明可解决桩撑体系下全预制装配式拱形车站结构的适用性问题,提高明挖全预制装配式拱形结构地铁车站的适用范围,提升工程整体装配率,提高工程的综合效益,加快推动地铁预制装配技术和绿色建造的发展进程。
