The system comprises a pre-judgment system, a valve control system, a backwashing system, a numerical management system and a dredging robot control system, wherein the dredging robot control system comprises a cleaning management and control system, an automatic charging system, an obstacle avoidance system and a light supplementing image acquisition system; the pre-judgment system is used for pre-judging the to-be-drained demand through weather, so that preparation operation can be carried out in advance; the backwashing system is used for backwashing the pump station, so that the pump station is prevented from being blocked by sludge; and the dredging robot control system controls the dredging robot so as to realize automatic cleaning of the interior of the pump station.
