The invention provides a truss convenient to disassemble and assemble for a steel structure industrial factory building, and belongs to the technical field of factory building trusses. The truss aims at solving the problem that when an existing truss is disassembled, bolts need to be disassembled firstly, and therefore the convenience of the truss during disassembling and assembling is greatly reduced. The truss comprises a base, wherein three trapezoidal frame supports are uniformly installed on the upper end face of the base, and two reinforcing assemblies are connected to the front side and the rear side of the space among the three trapezoidal frame supports respectively; and clamping rails are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the front end face and the rear end face of each trapezoidal frame support respectively, and a limiting plate is clamped to the inner side of each clamping rail. During disassembling, a sliding clamping plate slides leftwards, then a transverse rod moves upwards to be taken down, two second elastic buckles are manually pinched in the opposite directions, then the limiting plates slide upwards to be taken down, and then the reinforcing assemblies are disassembled. In the whole disassembling process, the bolts do not need to be disassembled firstly, and therefore the convenience of the truss during disassembling and assembling is greatly improved.
