Crescent-shaped grid
The invention discloses a crescent-shaped grid. The crescent-shaped grid comprises a decorative plate arranged on the surface of the grid and a plurality of steel core structures arranged in the decorative plate; the decorative plate is fixedly connected with the steel core structures through connecting pieces; each steel core structure comprises a first steel inserting core, a second steel inserting core and a section adjusting part, wherein the first steel inserting core and the second steel inserting core are arranged at the two ends of the steel core structure, and the section adjusting part is arranged between the first steel inserting core and the second steel inserting core; and each section adjusting part is provided with a telescopic structure, and the two ends of each telescopic structure are in rigid connection with the corresponding first steel inserting core and the corresponding second steel inserting core correspondingly. According to the crescent-shaped grid, through the arrangement of the grid structure, the machining mode of a special-shaped curtain wall component is indirectly optimized, that is, the first steel inserting cores and the second steel inserting cores can be produced in a uniform section mode, then the size of the section adjusting parts can be changed, production and machining of the special-shaped curtain wall component are achieved, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the crescent-shaped grid component can be formed through rapid splicing, and the construction and installation efficiency is high.
