Steel structure floor slab assembly type process
The invention provides a steel structure floor slab assembly type process, which overcomes the defects in the prior art. The field wet operation is omitted; the bolt connection construction is used; the environment and the operation surface are good; the finished product quality is easy to control; the field hidden engineering is few; the construction period is reduced; the influence by environment temperature is avoided. The steel structure floor slab assembly type process is implemented according to the following steps that 1, before the floor slab installation, cross beams and upright post components are in place; upright posts and the cross beams are assembled into a main beam framework unit through each node structure; 2, bolt holes are reserved in the cross beams according to the floor slab structure; the two ends of the cross beams are connected with the corresponding node structures; 3, floor slab bodies are put onto the cross beams; the floor slab bodies are correspondingly paved on a horizontal framework of the main beam framework unit; the adjacent floor slab bodies are mutually lapped and fixed; and 4, the floor slab bodies are aligned with the bolt holes reserved in the cross beams; the bolt passing connection is performed; and one side, in contact with the cross beams, of the floor slab bodies is correspondingly fixed through the passing and inserting of the bolts.
本发明克服了现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种钢结构楼板装配式工艺,取消现场湿作业,采用螺栓连接施工,环境及作业面好,成品质量易控制,现场隐蔽工程少,减少施工周期,且不受环境气温的影响;按下述步骤实施:第一步,在楼板安装前,横梁和立柱构件就位;将立柱和横梁通过各节点结构组装成主梁框架单元;第二步,横梁根据楼板结构预留螺栓孔洞;将横梁的两端与对应的节点结构连接在一起;第三步,将楼层板本体放置于横梁上;将楼层板本体对应铺设在主梁框架单元的水平框架上,相邻的楼层板本体相互搭接固定;第四步,楼层板本体与横梁预留的螺栓孔洞位对齐,穿螺栓连接;将楼层板本体与横梁接触的一侧通过螺栓对应的穿插固定在一起。
