The invention relates to the technical field of file storage, in particular to file seal auxiliary operation equipment. The file seal auxiliary operation equipment comprises a machine body, a PLC and a storage mechanism. The storage mechanism comprises a round cavity and a plurality of storage bins in the round cavity. A base of a U-shaped structure is movably arranged in each storage bin, and the round cavity is rotationally arranged on the machine body. A rotating column integrated with the round cavity is arranged in the middle of the round cavity. A rotating handle is elastically arranged on the outer wall of the rotating column. The outer portion of each storage bin is provided with a positioning strip adhering to the position on the outer wall of the round cavity, and a light-emitting diode is embedded in the end of each positioning strip. A cavity is formed between every two adjacent storage bins, and a gear and a rack which are connected in a meshed mode are installed in each cavity. One end of each rack moves inside and outside the corresponding storage bin. Channels are formed in the two sides of the interior of the machine body correspondingly, and a fixed top plate and an adjusting top plate are arranged on the top wall of each channel. According to the file seal auxiliary operation equipment, files can be conveniently taken and placed, and the seal degree of file storage can be improved.
