The invention discloses a novel ventilation and dust suppression device of a steel dry coal shed closed structure. Leveling steel piers are arranged, and the bottoms of the leveling steel piers are matched with the top of a coal shed, so that the ventilation and dust suppression device can be horizontally arranged at the top of the coal shed; and meanwhile, profile steel foundations are arranged to play a supporting role between a ventilator and the leveling steel piers, air inlets of the ventilation and dust suppression device are formed between the profile steel foundations and between the leveling steel piers, wherein a ventilator base, the profile steel foundations and the leveling steel piers are connected through bolts, so that the field welding workload is greatly reduced, and on-site installation and later maintenance and replacement are facilitated. The ventilation and dust suppression device is simple in structure and easy to install and replace, the site construction intensity and workload are reduced, exchange between air inside the coal shed and air outside the coal shed can be achieved, the ventilation requirement in the coal shed is met, heat generated by mechanical operation can be smoothly discharged along with air flow, and the coal quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种新型钢制干煤棚封闭结构的通风抑尘装置，通过设置找平钢墩并使找平钢墩的底部与煤棚的顶部实现型配合，以使通风抑尘装置能够水平设置在煤棚的顶部；同时通过设置型钢基础，在通风器与找平钢墩之间起到支撑作用，型钢基础之间以及找平钢墩之间形成通风抑尘装置的进风口，其中通风器底座、型钢基础以及找平钢墩之间通过螺栓连接，大大减少了现场的焊接工作量，不仅便于现场安装而且便于后期的维修和更换。本发明通风抑尘装置结构简单，易于安装和更换，减少了现场施工强度和工作量，能够实现煤棚内部空气与外部空气的交换，满足了煤棚内的通风要求，也可将机械作业产生的热量随着空气流顺利排出，保证了煤炭的质量。
