The invention discloses a small and medium-sized ground ramming device with a rotary trowelling function. The device comprises a shell barrel, a mounting frame is arranged in the middle of the outer surface of the shell barrel, a mounting hole is formed in the mounting frame, a first servo motor is fixedly mounted at the top of the shell barrel, the lower end of an output shaft of the first servo motor extends into the shell barrel and is provided with a driving gear, the driving gear is in meshed connection with a rotary ramming mechanism rotationally installed in the shell barrel, and the rotary ramming mechanism comprises a vertically-arranged installation plate, an upper supporting plate and a lower supporting plate, and the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting plate are fixedly installed at the upper end and the lower end of the installation plate correspondingly; the outer side of the upper supporting plate and the outer side of the lower supporting plate are connected with the inner wall of the shell barrel through a first bearing and a second bearing correspondingly, and annular roller grooves are formed in the upper surface of the upper supporting plate and the lower surface of the lower supporting plate correspondingly. The device can be used for ramming and trowelling the ground, is small in size and is convenient to use in narrow areas and small construction operation.
