The invention discloses a construction process of a soft soil layer reaming anchor rod. A hole is formed in a preset position, anchor hole drilling is carried out after a drilling machine is positioned, wall protection through slurry is carried out on the anchor hole; a grouting bag and a steel pipe conforming to the designed depth are prepared, the steel pipe is sleeved with the grouting bag, the two ends of the grouting bag are bound to the steel pipe, a plurality of through holes are formed in the side wall of the steel pipe, and the grouting bag is an airtight elastic bag so that the grouting bag bound to the steel pipe can be airtight; a grouting hose is inserted into the grouting bag; the grouting bag, the steel pipe and the grouting hose are jointly fed into the anchor hole, so that the grouting bag is located at the bottom of the anchor hole; and on the premise that the fracture pressure of the grouting bag is not exceeded, pressure grouting is carried out in the grouting bag through the grouting hose, so that the grouting bag expands in the radial direction of the grouting bag to achieve reaming and pile building operation. According to the process, the effect that the anchor rod reaming operation is completed at the minimum and safest cost is realized.
