The invention discloses a positioning and adjusting device for concrete embedded anchor bolts. The positioning and adjusting device comprises a plurality of layers of horizontally-arranged positioning steel plates, a bracket and an adjusting screw, wherein the plurality of positioning steel plates are of closed square annular structures, the plurality of layers of positioning steel plates are respectively located at different heights, a plurality of embedded anchor bolts are vertically welded among the plurality of layers of positioning steel plates at equal intervals in a penetrating mode, the bracket is located below the plurality of positioning steel plates, the bracket comprises four stand columns, horizontal rods, inclined struts, vertical leveling short columns and square steel plates, the horizontal rods are perpendicularly welded to the upper parts between every two of the four stand columns, and the inclined struts which are inclined are welded to both sides of the four stand columns. The positioning and adjusting device has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple, the device is composed of the positioning steel plates, the bracket and the adjusting screw, the assembly and use cost is low, and the use is very flexible; the device is easy and convenient to operate, and the positioning steel plates of the device are connected with the embedded anchor bolts and all rod pieces of the bracket in a welded mode; and the operation is simple and rapid.
