The invention discloses a rainwater collecting blanket applied to rainwater collection of flat roofs and courtyards. The rainwater collecting blanket comprises a grating water collecting layer, a flow guide inclined plate and a water storage bag, wherein the grating water collecting layer, the flow guide inclined plate and the water storage bag are detachably stacked in sequence from top to bottom, the lengths and the widths of the grating water collecting layer, the flow guide inclined plate and the water storage bag are correspondingly equal, and the grating water collecting layer is used for preliminarily collecting rainwater; a plurality of inclined plate grooves which are arranged side by side are formed in the top surface of the flow guide inclined plate, one side of each inclined plate groove is higher than the other side of the inclined plate groove, rainwater is collected into a water accumulation groove formed in one side of the flow guide inclined plate through the inclined plate grooves, and a water outlet is formed in one side of the water accumulation groove; and a water inlet which communicates with the water outlet is formed in the water storage bag, and the water storage bag is attached to the bottom surface of the flow guide inclined plate. The rainwater collecting blanket can be applied to collecting rainwater on the flat roofs and the courtyards, and the collected rainwater can be used for greening irrigation, courtyard cleaning and the like on site.
