The invention discloses a portal frame plate exchange type AGV. An arch-shaped structural part and a long-strip-shaped box type structural assembly are jointly combined to form a front-back through type main structure of the portal frame plate exchange type AGV; a large-diameter steering wheel driver, symmetrical side four-point electric control rotary hooks and a low-gravity-center lifting structure are adopted for achieving separation and combination of side hanging type grooves of a transfer bearing flat plate to achieve safe and rapid carrying and exchange functions; the occupied height of a transfer vehicle carrying plate can be greatly reduced, and the field applicability of the AGV is improved; the problems that a submerged jacking type AGV is poor in field applicability, high in maintenance cost and low in field space utilization rate, and an AGV of a U-shaped surrounding type separation structure is inconvenient in achieving the turn-around function of parked vehicles and relatively complex in transfer and exchange action process can be better solved, namely the development trend and requirements of modern environment-friendly and efficient life are met; and meanwhile, the problems of dynamic traffic congestion caused by static traffic, traffic order and the like can be solved.
本发明为龙门架型板交换式AGV搬运车，拱形结构件与长条状匣式结构组件共同组合成前后贯通式龙门架型板交换式AGV搬运车的主结构，采用大直径舵轮驱动、对称侧边四点电控旋转挂钩及低重心提升结构对转运用承载平板的侧挂式凹槽实现分离、组合实现安全快速搬运及交换功能，可大幅度降低转运载车板占用高度和提高AGV搬运车的场地适用性，能更好的解决潜入顶高式AGV搬运车场地适用性差、维护成本高、场地空间利用率低和U形环抱式分离结构AGV搬运车对停放车辆实现回转调头功能时不便利、转运交换动作流程较复杂的问题，即满足了现代绿色环保高效生活的发展趋势和要求，同时能解决静态交通所造成的动态交通拥堵及交通秩序等问题。
