Control method for building centralized smoke exhaust system
The invention relates to a control method for a building centralized smoke exhaust system. The building centralized smoke exhaust system comprises M indoor range hoods, a public flue and a cloud platform server, wherein a first corresponding relational expression is pre-set in the cloud platform server; a second corresponding relational expression is pre-stored in each indoor range hood; after one indoor range hood is started, the starting information of the indoor range hood and the fan gear information are sent to the cloud platform server; the cloud platform server calculates the starting rate of the indoor range hoods, obtains the exhaust air rate of the indoor range hoods and sends the exhaust air rate to all the started indoor range hoods; and each indoor range hood controls the opening degree of an electric check valve of the corresponding floor. Compared with the prior art, the control method has the advantages that the air volume of each floor is roughly uniform by adjusting the starting rate of each indoor range hood and the opening degree of the electric check valves of different floors, and the smoke exhaust requirement of each floor is met.
本发明涉及一种楼宇集中式排烟系统的控制方法,其中楼宇集中式排烟系统包括M台室内吸油烟机,公共烟道,以及云平台服务器;其特征在于:云平台服务器内预先第一对应关系式;每台室内吸油烟机内预先储存有第二对应关系式;室内吸油烟机开启后,将自身的开机信息及风机档位信息发送给云平台服务器;云平台服务器计算室内吸油烟机的开机率,并获取室内吸油烟机的排风量后发送给所有开启的室内吸油烟机;每台室内吸油烟机控制对应楼层的电动止回阀的开合度。与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:通过室内吸油烟机的开机率以及不同楼层电动阀的开合度调节实现各楼层的风量大致均匀,满足各楼层的排烟要求。
