The invention discloses an urban coal mining subsidence area water and soil resource spatial pattern reconstruction method, which comprises the following steps of firstly, predicting a final surface deformation value of a coal mining subsidence area, and dividing the urban coal mining subsidence area into a ponding area and a non-ponding area according to the final surface deformation value; deep digging and shallow filling advanced treatment, slope revetment transformation and ecological environment treatment of the ponding area being conducted on the ponding area, and the subsidence ponding area being transformed into an in-city landscape lake area; then, goaf rock mass activation analysis and stability evaluation analysis being conducted on the non-ponding area, the non-ponding area being divided into an unaffected building area, a residual settlement affected area, a building limited area, a construction forbidding area and a goaf activation area according to evaluation results, and then the different areas being transformed into a residence living area, a commercial activity area and a leisure area. The method is scientific and reasonable in design, and the original spatial pattern of large-area water accumulation and land abandoned in the coal mining subsidence area in the city is reconstructed into a spatial pattern integrating urban landscape, scene living and ecological tourism.
