Preparation method of ceramic slurry, ceramic diaphragm and lithium ion battery
The invention provides a preparation method of ceramic slurry, a ceramic diaphragm and a lithium ion battery, wherein the method comprises the steps: 1) adding a stabilizer into deionized water, and dispersing by using a dispersion disc at a rotating speed of 800 rpm until the stabilizer is dissolved to obtain a first solution; (2) adding a dispersing agent into the first solution, and dispersing for 15-20 minutes at a rotating speed of 800 rpm to obtain a second solution; (3) adding ceramic powder into the second solution, and dispersing for 15-20 minutes at a rotating speed of 800-1000 rpm to obtain first slurry; (4) sanding the first slurry by using a sand mill at a rotating speed of 2000 rpm; 5) adding a binder into the sanded first slurry, and dispersing for 10 min at a rotating speed of 500-800 rpm to obtain a second slurry; and 6) adding a wetting agent into the second slurry, and dispersing for 15-20 minutes to obtain the ceramic slurry. According to the preparation method, the ceramic slurry with good stability and uniform dispersion can be obtained.
本发明提供一种陶瓷浆料的制备方法及陶瓷隔膜和锂离子电池,方法包括:1)将稳定剂加入去离子水中,使用分散盘在800rpm的转速下分散直至稳定剂溶解,得到第一溶液;2)向第一溶液加入分散剂,在800rpm下分散15‑20min,得到第二溶液;3)向第二溶液加入陶瓷粉体,在800‑1000rpm下分散15‑20min,得到第一浆料;4)使用砂磨机在2000rpm下对第一浆料砂磨;5)向砂磨后的第一浆料加入粘结剂,在500‑800rpm下分散10min,得到第二浆料;6)向第二浆料加入润湿剂并分散15‑20min,得到陶瓷浆料。本发明的制备方法能够得到稳定性良好、分散均匀的陶瓷浆料。
