Asphalt pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides an asphalt pavement structure and a construction method thereof. The asphalt pavement structure comprises a bottom layer, and a stable layer, an asphalt middle layer and an asphalt surface layer are sequentially laid on the top of the bottom layer from bottom to top; and a bonding layer is arranged between the asphalt surface layer and the asphalt middle layer, a lower sealing layer is arranged between the asphalt middle layer and the stable layer, and a permeable layer is arranged between the lower sealing layer and the stable layer. According to the asphalt pavement structure disclosed by the invention, the stable layer has relatively high strength, depth resistance and frost resistance, and can provide stable support for the asphalt pavement in a severe weather environment; in the asphalt surface layer and the asphalt middle layer, the grain size of aggregate in the asphalt middle layer is larger, and the grain size of aggregate in the asphalt surface layer is smaller, so that the asphalt pavement can reach higher flatness, and meanwhile, the strength of the asphalt pavement can be ensured; and the construction method of the asphalt pavement is relatively simple in process, the constructed pavement has no obvious wheel marks, no upheaval, no crack, no rubbing plate, no peeling, no loosening and other phenomena, and the quality of the pavement is relatively high.
本发明提供一种沥青路面结构及其施工方法,沥青路面结构包括底层,底层的顶部由下至上依次铺设有稳定层、沥青中层及沥青面层;沥青面层与所述沥青中层之间设置有粘层,沥青中层与稳定层之间设置有下封层,下封层与稳定层之间设置有透层;本发明中的沥青路面结构,稳定层具有较高的强度、抗深度及抗冻性能,能够在恶略的天气环境中为沥青路面提供稳定的支撑;沥青面层与沥青中层中,沥青中层中的集料粒径较大,沥青面层的集料粒径较小,使得沥青路面能够达到较高的平整度,同时能够保证沥青路面的强度;本发明中沥青路面的施工方法工序较为简单,施工后的路面无明显轮迹,无隆起、裂纹、搓板、起皮和松散等现象,路面品质较高。
