The invention relates to a high-efficiency cement pavement joint cutting device. The device comprises a base, a supporting mechanism, a moving mechanism and a cutting mechanism, the supporting mechanism and the moving mechanism are both arranged on the base, and the cutting mechanism is arranged on the moving mechanism. According to the high-efficiency cement pavement joint cutting device,the movement of the cutting mechanism is realized through the moving mechanism, and the pavement joint cutting is realized through the cutting mechanism. Compared with existing joint cutting devices, through linkage of the moving mechanism and the cutting mechanism, moving and rotating of a cutting disc are achieved, the linkage adopts a pure mechanical structure, and the stability and the service life of the device is improved. Meanwhile, movement and rotation of the cutting disc can be achieved through one output end, and energy is saved. Compared with existing positioning units, the positioning unit not only limits movement of the cutting disc, but also buffers vibration generated during cutting of the cutting disc, and therefore the cutting effect is improved, and practicability is improved.
