The invention discloses a freely-adjustable inverted arch trestle. The freely-adjustable inverted arch trestle comprises a rack, a controller and two parallel trestle plates are arranged on the rack, supporting beams are arranged on the two sides of the rack, and the two sides of the trestle plates are slidably connected with the two supporting beams through walking rollers respectively, an adjusting motor and an adjusting lead screw which are in power connection are further arranged on the rack, the two trestle plates are connected to the two sides of the adjusting lead screw through threads with opposite rotating directions, and meanwhile a first jacking hydraulic cylinder and second jacking hydraulic cylinders are arranged on a cross beam and the rack. Due to the fact that the adjusting lead screw is in screwed connection with the two trestle plates, the distance between the two trestle plates can be changed by changing the rotating direction of the adjusting lead screw, meanwhile, adjustment is not limited, the adjusting requirement of a construction site is met to the maximum extent, it is guaranteed that various different vehicle types pass safely, and safe construction of a tunnel is guaranteed.
