Hanging basket suspension system
The invention discloses a hanging basket suspension system which can be directly arranged below a bridge floor and is convenient to use. A corridor plate serving as a hanging basket is stably connected and cannot seriously shake under the condition of large wind force. The system comprises a machine box, a track and a corridor plate, the machine box is connected with a retracting and releasing device through a supporting arm, and a screw rod is arranged on the retracting and releasing device. The screw rod is driven to rotate through a driving rod meshed with the screw rod, so that the screw rod moves in the axial direction, the corridor plate is arranged at the bottom end of the screw rod, the corridor plate is used as a hanging basket and serves as a working platform of workers, the height of the corridor plate is adjusted through the retracting and releasing device, and the corridor plate is in hard connection with the screw rod instead of traditional rope connection, so that the system has better stability and cannot be shaken by the wind. When two devices are used in a combined mode at the same time, the corridor plates of the two devices can be communicated with each other to form a whole, lifting from the bridge bottom is not needed, the corridor plates can be directly lowered from the bridge floor and closed under the bridge, the influence of different working conditions is avoided, and construction is convenient.
本发明公开了一种吊篮悬挂系统,不仅可以直接从桥面下方,使用方便,而且作为吊篮的廊板连接稳定,不会在风力较大的情况下发生严重晃动,包括机箱、轨道、廊板,所述机箱通过支撑臂与收放装置连接,收放装置上设置有螺杆,通过与之啮合的驱动杆驱动螺杆转动,使螺杆在轴向上的运动,所述螺杆的底端设置有廊板,廊板作为吊篮使用,是工人的工作平台,通过收放装置调节廊板的高度,廊板与螺杆是硬连接,而不是传统的绳索连接,因此具有稳定性更好,不会因为风吹而发生晃动,两台设备同时联合使用时,两个设备的廊桥可以相互连通成一个整体,不再需要从桥底提升,直接可以从桥面下放,并在桥下合龙,不受不同工况的影响,便于施工。
