The invention discloses a fixing device used for installing a fence belt on a roadblock. The fixing device comprises a fixing seat installed at an opening in the top of the roadblock, a fixing ring for fixing the warning fence belt is arranged at the top of the fixing seat; the fixing ring comprises a left surrounding arm and a right surrounding arm which are arranged on the two sides of the top of the fixing seat correspondingly. The left surrounding arm and the right surrounding arm are oppositely arranged in a surrounding mode, and the left surrounding arm is located below the right surrounding arm. The top end of the left surrounding arm abuts against the inner wall of the right surrounding arm. The left surrounding arm and the right surrounding arm are both made of elastic materials. With the fixing device adopted, the warning fence belt can be conveniently fixed to the roadblock. The use of the fixing device is convenient.
