The prefabricated concrete block comprises a block body, wherein the block body comprises a base plate and a cover plate; the base plate is detachably connected with the cover plate; anti-slip strips are arranged on the lower surface of the base plate; two brackets are arranged on the upper surface of the base plate; a connecting groove is formed in the middle of each bracket; the cover plate comprises a panel and an enclosure frame; first convex edges are arranged on the panel at intervals; two connecting plates are arranged on the lower surface of the panel and extend into the connecting grooves; the enclosure frame is connected to the periphery of the panel and comprises a front plate, a rear plate and a right plate; second convex edges are arranged on the front plate; first grooves are formed in the rear plate; and third convex edges are arranged on the right plate. The block body adopts a double-layer structure, the cover plate can reduce the water flow impact force during water flow impact, the impact capacity is reduced, the water and soil loss speed is reduced, the panel of the cover plate and the base plate can form an angle, the angle is adjustable, steps are directly formed under the condition that the slope surface is not required to be shaped, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
