The invention discloses a safety supporting device for civil engineering construction. The safety supporting device comprises two symmetrically-arranged stand columns, two frame plates are jointly installed between the two stand columns in a clamped mode, two inserting drill rods are movably installed on each stand column, a locking inserting rod is installed on each stand column in a penetrating and inserting mode, each locking inserting rod is inserted into the corresponding stand column and connected with the matched frame plate in a clamped mode, a plurality of baffles are movably installed on the two frame plates jointly, a water pumping port is fixedly installed at the top end of each baffle, a water inlet pipe is fixedly installed at the bottom end of each baffle, and a built-in box body is fixedly installed in each baffle.
