The invention discloses a method for regreening plants on a rock slope. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, trimming the slope; step 2, after completing slope leveling work, laying a layer of planting strips and completing slope covering through crossed steel wires; step 3, building a water channel on the slope top; step 4, installing ecological cage bricks; step 5, installing a three-dimensional vegetation net; step 6, laying and hanging a galvanized wire mesh on the three-dimensional vegetation net; and step 7, stirring grass seeds, paper pulp, compound fertilizer, a water-retaining agent and green powder with water through a hydraulic grass spraying machine, then uniformly spraying the mixture to the surface of the three-dimensional vegetation net, covering the three-dimensional vegetation net with a plastic film, and spraying water regularly for maintenance every day. According to the method for using the ecological cage bricks as the high and steep slope greening project, operation is easy, industrialized production is easy to organize, the slope greening speed is increased, cost is low, management and maintenance are easy, a stable rock slope body is formed, soil fixation is effectively conducted, and an objective environment suitable for plant growth is provided.
