The invention discloses a separate drainage system for relieving urban waterlogging and a scheduling method. The split drainage system comprises an early warning scheduling system, a rainwater system, a communication system and a sewage system which are arranged in a waterlogging area. The early warning scheduling system is used for judging the surface accumulated water depth of the waterlogging area. The rainwater system is communicated with the sewage system through the communication system. The early warning dispatching system is in communication connection with the communication system and controls opening and closing of the communication system, and then control over connection and disconnection between the rainwater system and the sewage system is achieved. The system can utilize the existing drainage facility to relieve the urban waterlogging problem, and has the characteristics of short forming time, wide application range and good effect.
