The invention provides a municipal pipe network emergency drainage waterlogging water treatment method. The method comprises the following steps of collecting pipe network data, modeling a municipal pipe network, simulating and implementing transformation, establishing a water flow path, building a landscape river and a river bottom water storage area, greening water supply and treating sewage. According to the method, urban pipe network distribution is simulated through pipe network modeling, so that actual transformation is facilitated; a water level gauge and an electromagnetic valve at specific coordinate positions are triggered and recorded in a municipal pipe network vectorization model, so that the opening and closing frequency of the water level gauge and the electromagnetic valve can be analyzed, the water flow distribution trend of a city is obtained, and management is facilitated; and after transformation, a rainwater pipe network is buffered by utilizing a rainwater buffer area, if rainwater in the rainwater pipe network is too much, the rainwater enters the rainwater buffer area, and if the rainwater in the rainwater buffer area is full to a certain degree, the rainwater enters a sewage pipe network, and the rainwater is treated by means of a sewage pipeline.
