Fabricated concrete manure ditch with rectangular section and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to a fabricated concrete manure ditch with a rectangular section and a mounting method thereof, the manure ditch comprises a plurality of prefabricated foundations which are orderly placed in an excavated foundation trench in pairs according to the front-back direction. The prefabricated gradient adjusting beam is erected between the two paired prefabricated foundations. The two L-shaped prefabricated folded plates are arranged in a mirror symmetry mode and erected on the two adjacent prefabricated gradient adjusting beams. The inverted-T-shaped prefabricated folded plates are located between the two adjacent prefabricated gradient adjusting beams, and the left sides and the right sides of the inverted-T-shaped prefabricated folded plates are erected on the L-shaped prefabricated folded plates. The prefabricated leveling strips are placed on the tops of the L-shaped prefabricated folded plate and the T-shaped prefabricated folded plate. The prefabricated leak plate is erected between the two rows of prefabricated leveling strips. The installation method comprises the steps that the prefabricated foundation is installed in the foundation trench firstly, and then other prefabricated parts are installed in sequence. The method has the advantages that the longitudinal gradient of the manure ditch can be ensured, the surface smoothness of the inner side of the manure ditch is improved, the method adapts to the site transportation condition of pig farm construction, the construction speed can be remarkably increased, and the manufacturing cost can be remarkably reduced.
本发明为一种矩形截面装配式混凝土粪沟及其安装方法，所述粪沟包括预制基础，设有多个且成对依前后向有序放置于开挖的基槽内；预制调坡梁，架设于成对的两个预制基础之间；L型预制折板，两个L型预制折板镜像对称排列且架设于相邻的两个预制调坡梁上；倒T型预制折板，位于相邻的两个预制调坡梁之间且倒T型预制折板的左右侧架设于L型预制折板上；预制调平条，放置于L型、T型预制折板的顶部；预制漏缝板，架设于两行预制调平条之间；安装方法为先将预制基础安装于基槽内，之后按顺序安装其它预制构件，本发明的优点为它能够确保粪沟的纵向坡度，提升粪沟内侧的表面光洁度，适应猪场建设的场地运输条件，并能显著提升施工速度、降低造价。
