The invention discloses a heat preservation wall for a building. The heat preservation wall comprises a shell, a heat preservation mechanism, a connecting mechanism and a reinforcing mechanism; the heat preservation mechanism is used for slowing down the dissipation and conduction speed of indoor heat; the connecting mechanism is used for connecting the heat preservation mechanism with the shell; and the reinforcing mechanism is used for enhancing the connecting strength of the connecting mechanism and the shell. When the heat preservation wall is used, the heat preservation performance of the heat preservation wall is enhanced by arranging an outer wall plate to be matched with an inner wall plate, a mortar layer and glass fiber gridding cloth are added into the composition of the outer wall plate, the overall strength of the outer wall plate is improved, and the situation that the heat preservation performance is reduced due to cracking of the outer wall plate is prevented. When the heat preservation wall is used, the outer wall plate and the inner wall plate are rapidly connected with the shell by arranging an angle plate to be matched with a fixing block and a clamping groove, and the situation that the heat preservation effect is affected due to deviation of the connecting position of the outer wall plate and the inner wall plate is prevented. When the heat preservation wall is used, the waterproof performance of the outer wall plate is enhanced by arranging a damp-proof coating to be matched with a waterproof putty layer.
