The photovoltaic thermal insulation integrated external wall panel comprises a mounting frame, a photovoltaic assembly and a thermal insulation layer are mounted on the two sides of the mounting frame correspondingly, the mounting frame comprises four mounting beams which are fixedly connected end to end, each mounting beam is provided with a first connecting part and a second connecting part, and the first connecting parts and the second connecting parts are integrally formed with the mounting beams. The photovoltaic thermal insulation integrated external wall panel can be directly installed, the installation mode of an existing external wall panel is changed, the construction procedure is simple, and the construction progress is greatly accelerated; the photovoltaic assembly is arranged on the external wall panel, the requirement that the external wall panel can generate electricity is met, and the environment is better protected; heat generated by the photovoltaic assembly during power generation can be isolated by the thermal insulation layer, so that thermal insulation of a building is facilitated.
