Fabricated wallboard with positioning device and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of prefabricated buildings, and discloses a fabricated wallboard with a positioning device and a mounting method thereof. The fabricated wallboard comprises a bottom layer wallboard; a reserved steel bar is fixedly installed in the middle of the bottom layer wallboard; the bottom end of the reserved steel bar is movably sleeved with a positioning steel plate; and butt joint channels are formed in the two sides of the inner side of the positioning steel plate. According to the fabricated wallboard with the positioning device and the mounting method thereof, by changing the structures of the positioning steel plate and the bottom end of an upper layer wallboard, utilizing a concave-convex butt joint mode, connecting metal convex strips with the butt joint channels in a sleeved mode and conducting adsorption alignment through magnets, the situation that the time consumed by butt joint between the wallboards is long is avoided, and the wallboard assembling efficiency is improved; a first magnetic ring and a second magnetic ring strongly adsorb the metal convex strips, so that the bottom end of the upper layer wallboard integrally keeps stable vertical falling; and the butt joint channels, the magnets and the reserved steel bar are located on the same horizontal line, so that the situation that a steel bar sleeve opening is accurately aligned with the reserved steel bar can be guaranteed, and the installation accident that the reserved steel bar is extruded and deformed due to misalignment is avoided.
本发明涉及装配式建筑技术领域,且公开了一种具有定位装置的装配式墙板及其安装方法,包括底层墙板,所述底层墙板的中部固定安装有预留钢筋,所述预留钢筋的底端活动套接有定位钢板,所述定位钢板的内侧两边开设有对接槽道。本发明通过采用改变定位钢板及上层墙板底端的构造,利用凹凸对接方式,通过金属凸条与对接槽道套接,及磁铁的吸附对准,避免墙板之间对接耗时时间较长,提高墙板装配效率,因第一磁环与第二磁环对金属凸条进行强力吸附,上层墙板的底端整体保持稳定的垂直下落,又因对接槽道及磁铁与预留钢筋处于同一水平线,进而可保证钢筋套筒口准确的对准预留钢筋,避免发生因未对准,而造成预留钢筋被挤压变形的安装意外。
