The invention discloses a curtain wall connecting component which comprises a movable base and a connecting assembly, wherein the movable base is mounted on a building body and comprises a fixed locking part and a movable rotating part, the movable rotating part is provided with a first thread, and one end of the movable rotating part is located in the fixed locking part and can move in the plane of the fixed locking part; and the connecting assembly comprises a cylindrical body in threaded connection with the movable rotating part, a plurality of connecting pieces formed by extending outwards from the side wall of the cylindrical body, a plurality of sleeving pieces arranged on the connecting pieces in a sleeving mode and a plurality of pressing blocks with one sides used for being connected with curtain wall units, the sleeving pieces can move on the connecting pieces and can be fixed on the connecting pieces through first fastening pieces, a clamping groove is formed in the upper surface of each sleeve piece, a plurality of second fastening pieces capable of moving in the clamping groove are arranged in each clamping groove, and the other side of each pressing block is installed on the sleeve piece through the second fastening pieces so as to adjust the position of the curtain wall units. The invention further discloses a curtain wall.
