The invention discloses a flattening device for waterproof roll viscose cloth laying. The flattening device comprises universal wheels and a fixed support; the tops of the universal wheels are fixedly connected with a bottom plate; a sliding base is fixedly installed at the top of the bottom plate; a first sliding groove is formed in the side of the sliding base; an installation support is movably installed on the inner wall of the first sliding groove; and a limiting bolt is movably installed on the side of the installation support. According to the flattening device for waterproof roll viscose cloth laying, a waterproof roll body is not prone to wrinkling and folding during laying through the arrangement of a guiding roller and a limiting roller; a worker can move the limiting roller conveniently to limit the waterproof roll body through the arrangement of a sliding block, a limiting spring and an arc-shaped limiting block; through the arrangement of a limiting plate, a wrinkled or folded waterproof roll body can be unfolded and laid again; and the laid waterproof roll body does not generate bubbles through the arrangement of a scraping plate, and the condition that the waterproof roll body is flanged during laying is avoided.
