The invention discloses a building aluminum formwork and an assembling method of a T-shaped insert of the building aluminum formwork. The building aluminum formwork comprises an aluminum bottom plate, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the aluminum bottom plate; a supporting rod is mounted in the mounting groove; a buffering block is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the supporting rod; the top of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with a supporting plate; an aluminum mounting plate is arranged above the supporting plate; a square groove and a T-shaped groove are formed in the aluminum mounting plate; and the T-shaped groove communicates with the square groove. According to the building aluminum formwork disclosed by the invention, when concrete is poured, the concrete impacts the aluminum mounting plate and vibration is transmitted to a second spring through the supporting plate, the supporting rod and the buffering block; the second spring has a buffering function and is used for buffering one part of the vibration; the vibration is transmitted to a first spring through a movable block, a fixed block, a connecting rod and a sliding block; and the first spring has the buffering function and is used for buffering one part of the vibration, so that the deformation of the surface of the aluminum mounting plate is reduced and the service life of the aluminum formwork is prolonged.
