The invention provides a folding ladder cage with a wear-resistant rubber plate. The folding ladder cage comprises an outer protective shell, wherein a middle supporting part is arranged in the outer protective shell; the middle supporting part is arranged on a first transverse plate part and a second transverse plate part on the two sides of the outer protective shell; the first transverse plate part comprises a plurality of first outer connecting plates which are arranged in parallel; the second transverse plate part comprises a plurality of second outer connecting plates which are arranged in parallel; and a rubber friction plate comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-40 parts of natural rubber, 30-40 parts of nitrile rubber, 30-40 parts of butadiene rubber, 20-30 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 10-15 parts of carbon black, 3-5 parts of nano aluminum oxide, 0.5-1 part of zinc oxide and 2-4 parts of a vulcanizing agent. According to the folding ladder cage, the outer protective shell is additionally provided with the middle supporting part to form an integral framework, and then a connecting ladder stand is arranged to connect the first transverse plate part and the second transverse plate part which form the middle supporting part into a whole, so that the folding ladder cage is convenient to disassemble and assemble and convenient to transport.
