The invention provides an intelligent stereo garage parking chamber and guiding system, which comprises a parking chamber for vehicles to enter and exit and a turntable mechanism arranged in the parking chamber, a first automatic door for the vehicles to enter and exit is arranged at the front end of the parking chamber, and a second automatic door communicating with a carrier is arranged at the side end of the parking chamber. When the vehicles are driven in, the parking size of the vehicles is detected through an ultra-wide detector, an ultra-long detector and an ultra-high detector, so that collision damage caused by the fact that the size is out of range during transportation and parking is avoided. A stopping block in a front wheel stopping device is adjusted in a lifting mode, ascends and abuts against front wheels when the vehicles enter, and descends when the vehicles are carried.
