The shifting piece is rotationally arranged on the lock shell, a handle hole used for mounting of a door handle is formed in the shifting piece, and a latch bolt shifting piece capable of driving the latch bolt to be contained in the lock shell is arranged on the shifting piece. The disengagement and engagement mechanism is arranged between the shifting piece and the clutch so that the shifting piece can drive the clutch to be switched to the disengagement state during rotating.
