The invention discloses a sound insulation and noise reduction spraying dust fall device for a tunnel portal, which comprises an arc-shaped frame, a main portal frame and a spraying dust fall system, wherein the arc-shaped frame is installed in the tunnel portal along the inner contour line of a tunnel section; the main portal frame is arranged in the tunnel section defined by the arc-shaped frame, the main portal frame is connected with the arc-shaped frame, a channel is formed in the tunnel section defined by the arc-shaped frame through the main portal frame, a sound insulation electric door used for opening or closing the channel is arranged at the position of the channel, and a sound insulation and noise reduction device is installed in the area, except the channel, in the tunnel section defined by the arc-shaped frame; and the spraying dust fall system is mounted on the arc-shaped frame and the main portal frame. The sound insulation and noise reduction spraying dust fall device for the tunnel portal is simple in structure, complete in function and convenient to operate, the tunnel construction noise control and dust fall effect can be effectively improved, and the influence of noise and dust on the surrounding environment of a tunnel during blasting construction in the tunnel is reduced.
