The invention discloses a pressure regulating valve system with an automatic-control pressure reducing function. The pressure regulating valve system comprises a faucet, wherein the faucet is arranged beside a water pool and comprises an outer shell; a sleeve shell is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the outer shell; a rotating head is rotationally connected with the top surface of the sleeve shell; a rotating handle is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the rotating head; and an opening-closing valve is arranged in the outer shell. Through the arrangement of a pressure regulating device, a sealing cavity is closed through a sealing plate so as to prevent the outflow of water when the water pressure is too high, so that clothes of a user can be prevented from being wetted when water splashes the body, the environmental cleanliness can be guaranteed, the potential safety hazards caused by the slippery ground to pedestrians can be avoided, the water yield can be automatically reduced, and then the water pressure can be reduced; and through the arrangement of a water storage cavity, water drained at the beginning is collected, so that the waste in actual use can be avoided, the water collected in the water storage cavity can be drained so as to clean the water pool after use, and attached stains can be removed.
