According to the fixing device for installing the equipment on the rail transit steel rail provided by the invention, the problems that monitoring equipment installed on the steel rail is not high in stability and cannot meet the requirement for rapid assembly and disassembly are solved; and through the proposed fixing device and the design of gear type transmission equipment, on one hand, the monitoring equipment can be stably clamped, and on the other hand, people can conveniently and rapidly assemble and disassemble the equipment, so that the fixing device is simple, practical and high in operability.
