The invention discloses a process for preparing cement by adding mineral powder and kiln dust. The process comprises the following steps: S1, respectively adding mineral powder, lime, kiln dust, furnace slag and limestone into a grinding mill, and grinding into powder; S2, uniformly mixing the ground mineral powder, lime, kiln dust, furnace slag and limestone with cement clinker; S3, adding pure water into the mixed powder, and preparing cement; and S4, pouring cement into a mold, carrying out solidification forming, and manufacturing a cement prefabricated part. The process has the advantages that the mineral slag can be recycled, so that the pollution of the mineral slag is reduced, the input cost of raw materials can be reduced, and the operation development of a company is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种矿粉加窑灰在水泥制成中的工艺，包括以下步骤：S1、矿粉、石灰、窑灰、炉渣及石灰石分别加入粉磨内磨成粉料；S2、将磨成粉之后的矿粉、石灰、窑灰、炉渣及石灰石与水泥熟料混合均匀；S3、向混合之后的粉料内添加纯水，配置水泥；S4、将水泥灌注入模具内，凝固成型，制成水泥预制件。本发明具备可对矿渣进行回收利用，进而降低矿渣的污染，且可降低原材料投入成本，有利于公司的经营发展的优点。
