The invention discloses a production process of cement concrete recycled aggregate. The production process comprises the processes of pretreatment, primary crushing, iron removal, water washing, freeze-thawing, secondary crushing and screening. According to the process, soil on the surface of concrete can be removed through water washing, freeze-thawing and secondary crushing; more microcracks are generated in mortar of recycled coarse aggregate through volume expansion of frozen water, so cement mortar on the surface of the coarse aggregate can be removed in a secondary crushing process, a large amount of dust is prevented from being generated, and the yield of fine aggregate is improved; by means of freeze-thawing and secondary crushing, crushing effect can be improved, and energy consumption can be reduced; and the production process is simple in process, low in cost and beneficial to popularization and application.
本发明公开一种水泥混凝土再生集料的生产工艺，包括预处理、一次破碎、除铁、水洗、冷冻融化、二次破碎和筛分过程。本发明的工艺通过水洗、冷冻融化和二次破碎，能够去除混凝土表面的泥土，并利用水结冰体积膨胀使再生粗骨料的砂浆内部产生更多的微裂纹，有利于在二次破碎的过程中去除粗骨料表面的水泥砂浆，避免产生大量粉尘，提高细骨料的产量；本发明通过冷冻融化+二次破碎能够提高破碎效果并降低能耗；本发明的工艺简单、成本低、有利于推广应用。
