The invention discloses a concrete glue reducing agent as well as a preparation method and an application method thereof. Triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, polymeric alcohol amine, a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, lauryl sodium sulfate, alkyl sodium sulfonate, sodium alkenyl sulfonate, sodium sulfate, sodium thiosulfate and sodium hydroxide are taken as raw materials; the prepared concrete glue reducing agent can effectively disperse aggregates in slurry and destroy a flocculation structure, so that cement particles are more fully hydrated. The concrete glue reducing agent has the advantages of effective improvement of the workability of concrete, bleeding resistance, no segregation, easy pumping, effective reduction of the use amount of a cementing material, and improvement of the mechanical properties, dispersibility and volume stability of concrete. The addition amount of the concrete glue reducing agent provided by the invention is only 0.6%-0.8% of the mass of a cementing material, the concrete strength can be increased by 8%-15%, and the cement consumption can be reduced by 5%-10% under the condition that the strength is not changed.
